PE/EVA FOAM

The EVA/PE foam series is a high-performance material engineered from ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and polyethylene (PE) resins. Available in over 100 specialized compounds, this closed-cell foam offers tailored physical properties to meet diverse industrial and consumer needs. Its lightweight, resilient structure can be customized in texture, color, and dimensions to align with specific product requirements.

     under UV exposure, suitable for long-term outdoor use.

     Low Water Absorption: Retains structural strength in wet environments, critical for buoyancy aids and

     marine fenders.

Asker C: 10–85 durometer (butt-joint rolls limited to <50 durometer).

Shore 00: 35–90 durometer.

Shore A: 5–70 durometer.

Density: 0.05–0.50 g/cm³.

Dimensions: Sheets (1–10 m²) or rolls, thickness from 1–100 mm.
